The popcorn was decent enough, nothing amazing but it did the job. I was more surprised by how expensive the shirts were honestly. When I mentioned it to staff, I just got one of those canned apology responses, which felt kind of pointless. Like, I get it, they probably have to say that, but it didn’t really make the prices feel any better.

I don’t know why anyone would make a big deal out of it — parking was easy, and the wheelchair access was better than I expected. We didn’t have any hassle getting in or out, so I was happy with the whole experience

We had a really nice day out. The staff were friendly and helped us when we needed it, so I can’t really fault them. I know people can be quick to complain about little things, but our experience was perfectly fine.

They explained the refund steps clearly, and the money showed up back in my account a few days later. i kept waiting for the catch, but there wasn’t one. Really nice not having to chase anyone down about it.

I can’t say I saw everything behind the scenes, but from what I did see during my visit, the animals looked cared for and seemed to be in good condition.

Booking seats on Great Benjamin's Circus was simple enough, but I didn’t totally love the process after payment. Once I paid, I started feeling a bit unsure because the seating map wasn’t very clear, and I couldn’t tell if the spots we picked were actually as good as they looked. The seats ended up being okay, but there were parts of the show that were harder to see than I expected. It wasn’t a disaster or anything, and the kids still had a good time, so overall it was fine. I just wish the site gave a better idea of the view before you commit

We went with our kids and my parents, everyone ended up having a great time. That’s what stood out to me most, it worked for all ages without feeling too loud or overwhelming. The staff were friendly with the kids, and my youngest was grinning through almost the entire show. Based on how easy and enjoyable the whole experience was, we’d definitely go again.

Took my kids to the circus and we had such a good time. The acts were really fun to watch, the music was great, and it Never felt boring. A few parts were way better than I expected too. We all left smiling, would definitely go again.
